Our partner offers his patented colour coating system for cooperation with conductor producers. In the production process our partner strands the outside layer and applies the colour coating.

The colouring is done by a patented spray process with a permanent layer of polyurethane coating on the surface of the conductor.

The coating of the conductors fulfils all requirements:

• UV stability
• temperature stability
• maximum adhesion
• removable at the clamping range
• metal-to-metal contact between the layers of the cable
